1. Enforcement and consumer protection

These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to the sales contract that you as a consumer conclude with Tommy Davidovic AB, organization number 559173-5237 (In order to safeguard your rights as a customer, the provisions of the

• E-commerce laws (SFS 2002:562)
• Law on distance and off-premises contracts (SFS 2005:59)
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The terms and conditions apply to all purchases via www.tommydavidovic.se and use of TD's services and platform.

2. Personal data

In connection with your order, you agree that we may store and process your data in accordance with the GDPR to provide and fulfill the service you ordered. We only share necessary data with payment service providers and any shipping companies.

3. Terms of use for the TD Platform

To use the TD platform (web and app), the following applies:

• Prohibited behavior: It is not allowed to post inappropriate content, harass other users, spam or spread racist, sexist or other hostile and/or misleading information.
• Limitation of liability: TD is not responsible for content shared by users or interactions between users.
• Account suspension: TD has the right to suspend users who violate the Platform rules.

TD reserves the right to update Platform Rules as necessary.

4. Prices and Fees

Prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include value added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. Any additional charges, for example for invoicing, expedited shipping or unpaid invoices, will be stated at the time of purchase.

Changes in subscription fees

TD has the right to adjust prices of Subscription Services.

• Any price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
• If you do not accept the price change, you have the right to cancel your subscription before the new price comes into effect.

5. Preparation of the purchase contract

The contract of sale is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by e-mail. By making the purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

To buy a subscription or other paid service, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. TD does not actively check age at registration, but if we subsequently discover that a person under 18 has subscribed or purchased a service without parental consent, we reserve the right to terminate the membership without refund.

6. Right of withdrawal and exceptions

You as a consumer have 14 days right of withdrawal according to Law on distance and off-premises contracts (2005:59), with the following exceptions:

When the right of withdrawal does not apply:

• Subscription services: You are responsible for canceling your subscription. No refunds are given for unused periods.
• Digital services provided via our app (e.g. Flow Academy).
• Services that start immediately after purchase and where you have explicitly agreed that the right of withdrawal does not apply.
• Webinars and other timed events.
• Customized services according to customer requirements.

By accepting these Terms, you agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply to our digital services and subscriptions.

7. Subscriptions and Cancellation Terms

Some of our services, such as Flow Academy, is subscription-based. When you sign up for a subscription:

• Is it automatically renewed monthly or according to the chosen payment plan.
• You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next payment period if you no longer want access.
• No refunds are given for periods already started.

• For members who joined as of October 9, 2025: Log in to the platform via web browser and follow the instructions:

  2. Click on your avatar at the top of the page
  3. Select ”Settings” in the menu
  4. Click on ”Billing Info” in the top right corner
  5. Click on ”Cancel” and confirm your cancellation

8. Payment and Security

All purchases on www.tommydavidovic.se and community.tommydavidovic.se is managed by ThriveCart and Stripe or only with Stripe as a payment processor. We accept most major credit and debit cards. All transactions take place via encrypted and secure servers.

9. Payment Defaults & Debt Management

If a payment fails:

• You will receive a reminder and a new draw will be made within a few days again.
• If the debt remains unpaid, the service can temporarily blocked until payment is made.
• TD has the right to assign debts to debt collection in the event of non-payment.

10. Technical faults and limitation of liability

TD guarantees the availability of the platform, but we cannot be held responsible for:

• Temporary operational disturbances.
• Loss of data or possible consequences of technical problems.

In the event of a major service disruption, we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

11. Intellectual Property Rights & Restricted Use of The Flow Mindset

All materials provided by Tommy Davidovic AB through courses, training programs, methodologies and other content on the platform is protected by copyright and may only be used by the person who purchased access to the material for their own use.

• The Flow Mindset and all related models, strategies and programs is a protected method and may not be used for training, coaching or otherwise commercially exploited by third parties without a written license agreement from TD.
• It is prohibiting the copying, distribution, sale or further training of the material, in whole or in part, without written permission from TD.
• If we discover that a user is violating these rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate access to the service without refund.
• In case of unauthorized distribution or commercial exploitation of TD's material, we are entitled to take legal action for infringement of intellectual property rights.

12. Force Majeure

If events beyond our control occur (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, legislative changes, pandemics) that affect our ability to deliver services, we are relieved of liability for the duration of the event. If the delay lasts longer than two months both you and TD have the right to terminate the contract without liability for damages.

13. Reviews and feedback

When you leave reviews of our services, you give TD the right to use and publish them in various channels, including our website and social media.

14. Disputes and choice of law

We follow The General Complaints Board (ARN) recommendations in case of disputes. Disputes can also be handled via European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).
